Computer Vision Syndrome

Have you heard of Computer Vision Syndrome? It is a disorder brought by extended computer use 3 or more hours a day. This syndrome is characterized by strained vision, back and neck pain, wrist and shoulder pain among others.

As a programmer and IT educator, I spend more than six hours a day and night before my computer. I am however, gaining weight from constant sitting that somehow, I wish for best weight loss pills.

The problem with this syndrome is that it actually affects the productivity of employees and individuals. I could only agree more.

It is wiser then to take a break from computer usage and use computer that is user and health friendly.
