I wish to go back to schooling and teaching because they require me to be mentally and physically active. Thus, I did not really gain much weight since I moved around inside the computer laboratory or in the lecture room and traveled much because my masteral school was in another city. Further, I did not give much attention to eating on time or much to gain the extra pound.
However, when I stopped teaching and started to sit behind a desk, I felt my bulges widening. I was also active with jogging and biking before but I suddenly became too lazy to do any exercise.
I wish to consider other alternatives to reducing weight by reading diet pill review and lifestyle change. If only I can be self-motivated again to do what I had been doing before.
