Computing Grades is Hell!

As a teacher, I find it delightful that my students earn good grades from hard work and from my teachings. But, what is more cumbersome is the fact that there are students who simply flank from the subject from poor performance.  My new school is not an exception to a global problem.

It would be all ok if that student is always absent or not at all attending, failing him is easier. But, if students flank because of poor performance, I just feel so disheartened that I have to find alternatives to help them. This can be so unconventional but I just don’t have the heart. Sigh!

Teaching is never easy, failing is more difficult.
