Teachers: Relieve Your Stress

Elementary and high schools are now on their first - quarter grading and that would only mean preparing for the test, checking of papers, computing of grades and submitting grade reports to the school heads and conferencing with parents for delinquent student performance. It is then quite usual that teachers experience physical pain particularly back aches among others.

 While medical experts suggest that stress can be a major cause of health problems, we are then advised to find activities that shall relieve our stress. Others may resort to drinking or smoking with their macanudo cigars while the rest may resort to physical exercise like yoga, pilates, running or dancing to name a few.

 Regardless of the activities you choose to relieve your stress, remember to just have fun and get recharged for school works.
