Have Stress - Free Days

Experts say that most of the illnesses today are brought by or symptoms of stress and that would include

  • headache
  • shingles
  • sty
  • high blood pressure
  • eczema
  • muscle spasm
  • psoriasis
  • panic attacks
  • hair loss 
  • thrush
  • and etc
The point is stress is a dangerous thing but it can be remedied if well - attended to. So, how can we remedy stress, we can consider taking a  hobby to make the stress from work, family, friends less demanding.

So, you can the take the following recreational activities:

  1. exercising like running, yoga, dancing, or anything that interests you;
  2. learning a new skill like cooking or foreign language;
  3. having a pet;
  4. collecting antiques, stamps;
  5. reading good books;
  6. taking personal or  employee personality test  for better hobby specialization;
  7. coffee drinking  or lunch  dates with friends or loved ones;
  8. taking a vacation.
Regardless of your means, consider stress as a serious issue.
