Teachers on Yoga

As part of my cross training for running, I decided to take Yoga for needed stamina, focus, regulated breathing, and stress - relief.

Yoga is a slow - impact activity that can be a better option for ones who don't find running or dancing and other fast or heavy activities for exercise.

Any job can be tough and having a recreational activity, yoga or otherwise, can be a good alternative to wave off stress and to stay healthy.

If you too wants Yoga or any physical activity, check out your local areas, convince a friend or loved one to join you and your exercise time can be fun and healthy time!
