|Joining fellow bloggers in a Power Core Yoga for stronger core|

While Yoga is not without risk, we are quite advised to secure first medical clearance especially for ones who have health problems as Yoga can't be a substitute for proper medical health care. Further, self - taught yoga can be quite dangerous as strains and / or injury may be incurred from wrong postures, thereby, inflicting pains on our neck, shoulders, spine, knees or ankles.
But, what I am excited about is the fact that Yoga attendees can enjoy summer with the pristine sand of Gumasa beaches along with the tranquil and beautiful clear waters of Sarangani Bay.
