Pass Your Exams: Take Food To Boost Your Brain

When I was a younger student,  I only relied on hard work to earn good grades but now that I am older and have to go schooling through masteral degrees and now, preparing for a Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET), I am more anxious. Having gone through surgical operations twice,
age and work seem to make my memory dull.

So, what can naturally boost our brains? Experts advice the following:

1. Avocado
2. Beans and Legumes
3. Dark Chocolates
4. Vitamin B  (B6, B12, and Folic Acid)
5. Tomatoes
6. Nuts
7. Blueberries
8. Fish
9. whole grains

There could be more but just remember that nothing compares to hard work but helping our brain can be a big plus! Good luck!
