When Teachers Work Abroad

It is not quite unusual that teachers leave their homeland to teach abroad and impart learnings to foreign students. Teachers migrate for reasons like attractive compensation package and travel experience.

I, for one, who is now residing in Ethiopia have to leave my country, the Philippines. So, once teachers re – locate, they have to adjust with the language difference (ex. Ethiopians speak Ahmaric), weather, and cost of living. I am only grateful that some expenses in Ethiopia are cheaper compared in the Philippines.

For now, we found a new house with basic fixtures, you can read more here that is somehow close to comfort. I hope no countries would send their teachers away, leaving their families and students behind.
